Singularity is honored to present one of our favorite artists from our early days as fans of the Harder and more industrial sounding side of techno, UK based acid and hard techno legend, D.A.V.E. The Drummer.

We have always been music centered in our passion for throwing events and bringing you the artists many of you have always wanted to see in this city. You’ll feel that in this line up curated from that standpoint. You’ll also feel that in the excess amount of bass coming from sound system for this showcase. There are many reasons this night will be special and our main act is just one of them. We also have acid techno purist, LA’s very own LETHAL ONE, owner of kick ass “OFFICIAL” record label (vinyl).
If 2 label heads aren’t enough for you then we you’ll be happy to know that we also have another LA based label boss and fellow pusher of the darker & harder techno sounds, Mykrodose, (M:31 Recordings), rounds out this insane night of techno.

More on D.A.V.E. The Drummer:

If you are into the harder end of Techno Music, you may have already come across one of D.A.V.E. The Drummer’s records. Hailing from the London illegal warehouse party scene that exploded in the 90’s, producer D.A.V.E. The Drummer started the techno label Hydraulix as an output for his production ideas. The label intended to bridge the gap between the Acid Techno of his previous productions and a darker form of techno that dave was experimenting with in the studio. Hydraulix made some big waves in the Hard Techno scene throughout the 2000’s and is still going strong to this day. Tracks from Hydraulix have found their way into the playlists of some of the worlds top DJs as well as having a huge following of underground Techno DJs across the globe.
